This February, the Fourth Northeast Conference will take place at Yale University. At the conference, students, scholars and Indonesianists in the Northeast will convene to discuss their current scholarly work in a wide variety of academic disciplines (the humanities, social sciences, environmental studies, and engineering) and to explore more generally issues relating to the study of Indonesia. Presentations are delivered in either English or Indonesian.
The biannual conference is hosted by the CIA (Cornell Indonesia Association) and the YIF (Yale Indonesia Forum), and is supported by the Wesleyan Indonesian Society.
